Bequest language that can be used in a gift by will or living trust:
I give and bequeath to Hospice of the Upstate, Inc., a not-for-profit
corporation organized under the Laws of the State of South Carolina
and having its principal office at 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
To make a cash bequest:

be used by Hospice of the Upstate for its
general purposes.
To give a percentage of the
estate:

To give a residual amount
or remaining interest:
the rest, residue and remainder
