You Can Create a Personal Memorial
Pyramids rising in the desert…paintings on a cave wall…great works of art and literature -- all reflect a common yearning in people to leave behind a legacy -- a personal memorial that will touch the lives of others in the years to come.
Most of us, given the opportunity, would like to feel that we have made a lasting contribution to a better world. We’d like to leave a legacy that says: “I was here; my life was important…I made a difference.”
Friends of Union College who include a bequest to our programs in their estate plans enjoy the quiet satisfaction of helping us continue to provide for future generations. Please consider:
• naming us in your will or living trust;
• leaving a portion of your life insurance;
• making Union College a beneficiary of a retirement account, IRA, CD or bank account.
We would be pleased to discuss with you the many ways you can contribute to a better future -- and assure yourself a place among those who can say: “I was here; my life was important . . . I made a difference.”
