Bequest language that can be used in a gift by will or living trust:

I give and bequeath to Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the Laws of the State of Michigan and having its principal office at 3838 Livernois Road, Troy, Michigan 48309.

To make a cash bequest:

the sum of $_________ to be used by Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration for its general purposes.

To give a percentage of the estate:

To give a residual amount or remaining interest:
